Q: I would like to give a gift of monogrammed towels to a friend as a housewarming gift … is this something that you can do?

A: Yes, monogrammed towels make a great gift. I will need the following information: number of letters, size and color of letters, and font to be used. Please call or e-mail me.

Q: My son’s sports team would like to have warm-up jackets with their team logo embroidered on the front left side. How do I go about placing such an order?

A: To set up a logo, I will need permission from the person that owns the logo and the artwork to have it digitized for a set-up fee of between $35-$65. Then pick out the style of jacket from the catalog and give me a call or e-mail me with the information.

Q: I would like to send out promotional caps with my company logo on them, what is the minimum order that I can place?

A: I do not have a minimum order requirement but there is a set-up fee for logos if I do not have it on file. It also costs less the larger the order.

Q: Can I supply the garment to be embroidered?

A: Yes, you may supply the item but please understand: THIS IS A DISCLAIMER: WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VALUE OF THE EMBROIDERY WORK BUT NOT THE ITEM THAT IS BROUGHT TO US, SO SUPPLY EXTRAS BECAUSE ERRORS CAN HAPPEN. WE WILL DO THE BEST WE CAN ON YOUR ITEM. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ITEM THAT WE DO NOT FEEL IS SUITABLE FOR EMBROIDERY.

Q: How much will it cost me to have my logo put on a garment?

A: The cost depends on the stitch count. The average logo is approximately 2.5″ high and 3.5″ long and between 6,000 – 10,000 stitches. The average cost is approximately $6.50 – $10.50. The more detail the more stitches and that affects the cost. If you have more questions, please call or e-mail me.

Q: I want to order a series of embroidered shirts, but they will need to be various sizes based on the recipients. Can this be done?

A: Yes, the sizes between small to extra large will be the same price even with different sizes. The 2X and above will cost a little more.

Q: If I have a tight deadline for my project, do “rush” charges apply?

A: Yes, there is a “rush” charge if needed sooner than 10 days, the price will depend on the number of items and how soon you will need them. Please call or e-mail me with the information and we will discuss an estimate.

Q: Do you have a guarantee on the durability of your embroidery? What kind of wash/dry life-span can I expect on a typical embroidered shirt?

A: The care of the garment is your responsibility the same as with normal wear, being careful not to over dry or bleach the garment. If the embroidery frays or comes loose with careful care, it may be replaced.
